Mary Ann has the distinction of having returned to the Disney Resorts to design, develop & deploy the process and leadership training for over 200 work teams (7000 cast members) & their 150 managers.  She also joined the Leadership Team to launch Disney's first ship, the Disney Magic.

She concurrently designed, developed,& deployed 200 + high performance work teams and coached their leaders at companies as dramatically different as Disney's Blizzard Beach to Florida Hospital Home Care.

From Fortune 100 companies to the start up down the street, she brings the operational, people & strategic expertise to get results.

This combination of talent and experience afforded her the privilege of opening or launching ventures from EPCOT to Universal Studios Florida, to the Singapore Discovery Center to TShipley Catalog Retailer.
